Risk Based Testing

Sopra Group, in partnership with a Leading International Financial Services business, carried out testing work to ensure the seamless integration of a major acquisition.

By working closely with the integration team, Sopra Group helped to implement a risk-based approach, ensuring the company was ready for the 'go live' date within the tight deadline.  Identifying potential problems early in the testing cycle assisted the project to be delivered on time and under budget.

By adopting a risk based testing approach and working closely with the business managers, Sopra Group helped the Financial Services Organisation to identify the priorities according to their most critical business needs.

Sopra Group consultants worked onsite with the client's team and jointly co-ordinated the testing teams across multiple sites throughout the UK.  The teams provided system testing of the online web offering, back end legacy systems and call centre applications that included user acceptance, data migration and performance testing.

Sopra Group's relationship with the client is ongoing and they continue to provide support in the areas of testing and application development.
