Sopra Group worked with the Company from the outset on its 'Business Readiness' strategy and was given responsibility for the complete testing programme from the planning and development through to implementation.

The Lifestyle Protection Company recognised the importance of Business Intelligence (BI) in enabling it to deliver on its performance and customer service goals.  Our team of BI specialists developed the foundations for a BI environment to deliver timely, reliable and secure performance measurement information to business users.  As a result the client is now able to turn operational data into meaningful information from which strategic decisions can be made.  This will enable them to provide fast and relevant information to customers, suppliers and partners.

Our Testing experts have continued to work with the Company supporting new software releases and ongoing development.  In addition, Sopra Group has provided further services including Testing support for the group migration project, Technical support for the Company's IT environment and Information Security support for development of the strategy & implementation.
