Sopra Group was selected by an Insurance Provider to develop a unique Secure Extranet to allow clients and staff to collaborate electronically, providing an international service which is available 24 hours a day. The technology used to build the Extranet will permit it to be easily extended and evolve with the company according to future demand.
The mould breaking system has many different functions such as allowing members to view their account details, statements, claims and related information. Brokers and internal staff are able to view calls and related information at the same time. Documents can be viewed online or downloaded by users, removing the need for personnel to handle any issues. The new system has increased customer satisfaction by enhancing speed and quality of service.
